anyone else dealt with iliac crest pain? I'm not 100 percent sure that's what's going on but I've got a stabbing pain in one side of my lower back that comes and goes. Tends to be worse if I sleep in a position that makes it worse or I sit for awhile. Seems to subside a bit after warming up/mobilizing hips/back but still is very present.
