I had my baby a few days ago and had stitches due to 2nd degree tear, how many days is it normally before he stitches fall out? And how do I know if I'm bleeding from the stitches or just bleeding normally after giving birth?? Bathing twice a day to keep them clean as possible just being so paranoid that they aren't healing bat mitzvah gowns
