more specifically, there is constant pain right under my left shoulder blade, which is keeping me from taking deep breaths, stretching, or turning my head a certain distance each way, without any pain cheap homecoming dresses under 50

ive tried different stretches, trying to move my arm in certain directions with different levels of force, icing it, taking a hot shower, and even taking pa ... in meds when im not one to use them much
no relief

about to go to the clinic for it

edit: another thing to note is that i have mild scoliosis in my shoulder blades, with my right being slightly higher than my left
