I am looking to borrow a light blue dress, preferably without a pattern. Adult size small. We would only need it for about two hours. Any style of dress would be considered, prom, ball gown, lacy, frilly, summer dress. Just needs to be a fairly light sky or powder blue color. cocktail dresses 2019 :)
