Incredible, weighty black rayon faille, embellished with metallic gold swirls and medallions, accented with violet centers. Dress has short dolman sleeves, straight skirt, cutouts at the neckline, and that fabulous pleated swish of an overskirt, lined in violet! I created a matching belt, and amazingly found a buckle with designs that echo the gold swirls in the fabric. The bodice is lined in black, the skirt is unlined, but is not sheer. crop top cocktail gowns
