When you consume bone broth you get glucosamine, chondroitin, and hyaluronic acid - all of which are beneficial for lubricating your joints. In fact, knee injections for pain are hyaluronic acid. So it's on to beef and chicken stock. (I just boiled some bowtie noodles in chicken stock (using less than the usual water to make it a thick stew). Also good for you hair, skin, and nails since it has collagen. It's even good for intestinal problems and detoxification. I guess momma's chicken soup when you were sick was actually a good idea prom party wears specially for thick waist ;) But if you make it yourself you have to put the bones in, not just the meat.
I'm going to try it for my bad knee. Can't hurt - lots of good stuff in it.
